Theatrical smoke and special lighting effects are often used in presentations at the Bank of America Performing Arts Center.

WILL CALL TICKETS
Will call tickets may be picked at the Box Office beginning 90 minutes prior to showtime upon presentation of identification (i.e., the credit card used to purchase the tickets, a photo I.D. and your Ticketmaster confirmation number).

LOST TICKETS
The City is unable to duplicate lost tickets. However, duplicate seat locations may be provided for tickets purchased directly through the Bank of America Performing Arts Center Box Office. To do so, theatre patrons must be able to provide the exact purchase date so that Box Office staff can confirm the seat location. Staff cannot issue a duplicate seat location if the ticket sale cannot be verified. Patrons are asked to check their tickets carefully at the time of purchase. All ticket sales are final; tickets may not be refunded or exchanged.

REFUNDS
All sales are final. No refunds except in the case of a cancelled event not replaced. Ticket fees are not refundable. Due to the nature of live events, artists, venues, programs, dates and times are subject to change.

LATECOMERS
In deference to the artist and the audience, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the house staff and/or artist at an appropriate pause in the program. Those who leave during the performance will not be readmitted until the end of the work or at intermission.

CHILDREN
Children are welcome at most events, however, every patron must have a ticket regardless of age or seating requirements. As a courtesy to other guests, patrons are asked to bear in mind that it is not appropriate for small children to attend events where silence is necessary to fully enjoy the performance. In all cases, infants in arms are not permitted. Please note on performances where children are in attendance, strollers, baby carriers, car seats and/or booster seats are not permitted in the theater seating area.

CELL PHONES AND OTHER ELECTRONICS
As a courtesy to both patrons and performers, use of cell phones and pagers is not permitted in the theatres. Guests are also asked to disconnect their alarm watches and cell phones before the performance begins.

Patrons needing to take advantage of these locations are asked to contact the Bank of America Performing Arts Center Box Office at (805) 449-2787 prior to the performance so that arrangements may be made. THEATERS NO SMOKING POLICY
For the comfort and enjoyment of our patrons, the Theatres at the Thousand Oaks Bank of America Performing Arts Center are designated as a smoke-and tobacco-free environment. Smoking and the use of all tobacco products, the use of smokeless tobacco products, and the use of unregulated nicotine products (e.g., “e-cigarettes”) are prohibited anywhere within the interior of the Fred Kavli Theatre and Janet & Ray Scherr Forum. Smoking is permitted at the Bank of America Performing Arts Center in designated outdoor areas.

DRESS CODE
There is no official dress code, but we suggest "comfortable casual". Since the types of shows vary greatly, you’ll see all types of attire — from elegant cocktail attire to business casual to very casual. Audiences for Symphony and Broadway shows tend to be more formal than rock, pop and country-western concertgoers, who are often seen in jeans and t-shirts.

THEATRE TOURS
Tours of the Fred Kavli Theatre and the Scherr Forum Theatre are available by appointment; contact Marisa Hanke  of the Bank of America Performing Arts Center at (805) 449-2706 for further information.
