Each season, the Foundation presents over 30 artists and national touring attractions in the 1,800-seat Fred Kavli Theatre and 394-seat Janet & Ray Scherr Forum Theatre. Performances presented by the Foundation have included, Joffrey Ballet, Hal Holbrook, Wynton Marsalis, Colbie Caillat, Natalie Cole, Kenny Loggins, Kathy Griffin , Clint Black and the Capital Steps.
The Foundation also funds capital purchases for the Thousand Oaks Bank of America Performing Arts Center theatres such as the recent replacement of the facility’s two-way radios. The Foundation is currently seeking funding to underwrite the creation of a Cultural Arts Master Plan for the City of Thousand Oaks, which would be administered by the Cultural Affairs Commission.
