Hello Retter family,
Retters Academy of Dance is officially announcing that their 29th annual Concert of Love 2020: VISION2BU, scheduled for June 5th & 6th at The Civic Arts Plaza, has been CANCELLED due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our entire RAD Team would like everyone to stay focused on their health and safety during this time.
Our hearts are deeply saddened, but our spirits are not broken! We stand firm with a resolve to persevere in such a time as this. We are sending heartfelt thoughts and prayers to our dancers and their families.
| • | If you paid by card, your refund will be processed automatically (including facility fee and any surcharges) |
| • | RAD will not be making these refunds. Your refund will be generated by point of sale |

Additional CoL Ticket Refund Information:
TO Box Office Return: The Box Office will begin processing refunds automatically as of Thursday, April 23, 2020. Depending on the point of sale the refund may take up to 45 days to process and an additional 7-10 to appear on bank statement.
From Theater Box Office: "This time frame will be extended for anyone who paid with cash as we will have to either get a credit card number to refund to or submit a check request for repayment.”
Ticketmaster Return: Due to increased demand Ticketmaster is currently taking 30-45 days to initiate refunds for cancelled performances.
